Digitanova Services ("we", "us") is a technology consultancy based in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. This policy covers personal information collected through digitanova.com.au.
What we collect
This site is a static website. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not collect payment details through this site.
The only personal information you actively give us is what you type into our contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. The only JavaScript served is a small script that opens and closes the mobile navigation menu. Note that our hosting provider may record standard server request logs, such as IP addresses, independently of this site's code.
How contact form submissions are handled
Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form processor. When you submit the form, the information you entered is transmitted to Web3Forms, which forwards it to us by email. Web3Forms processes that data under its own privacy policy and its servers may be located outside Australia. We use submissions solely to respond to your enquiry.
Third-party links
Some pages link to external services we do not control, including Calendly for scheduling and the VisaBridge AI product site. Once you follow those links, the destination's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers described above, or where required by Australian law.
Access, correction, and complaints
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
